Prosciutto crudo Campotenese

  • Dry-cured ham, it is eaten thinly sliced and uncooked. Our “salumi” (cured meats) are all handmade following the traditional process, and we use only pork meat from animals we breed in our farm. The paprika we use is the famous hot Senise paprika (with PDO status), a typical product of the Calabrian and Lucanian food culture.
