Canestrato Campotenese

  • A semi-soft cheese, it is fresh and light in taste and has a velvety texture. Aging, it becomes more savoury. The added spices pleasantly contrast with the milky taste of this cheese: tasty olives, hot chili pepper or fresh arugula.
