Moretto del Pollino Campotenese

A firm, pasteurized cow's milk cheese. The pale ivory paste is dense and firm, covered in an elegant brown wax. Moretto has a bright taste, elegant and savory. A very digestible and nutritious cheese, it can be eaten on its own or used as an ingredient in many recipes.
