We have no false modesty about this: our ricotta is one of the best you have ever tried. So if you have not yet tried it, you do not know what you are missing!
Light but at the same time rich, creamy, sweet and smooth, it is an authentic delicacy. Spread on toast or as an ingredient in both sweet (just think about cannoli) and savoury dishes, the result is sheer indulgence.
